A Passerby Reflecting, 2023

Photographed with my Nikon F in León, Nicaragua in 2023.

I had just woken up from a hammock in a chicken coop. I immediately started shooting the streets (like I do every day) and just kept walking and walking, not really taking any photos that day. I turned the corner of a church and saw these little kids playing. I snapped it and didn't think much of it until I developed it a few months later. When I saw it, I knew I had struck gold. I love this photo, and it reminds me of how beautiful that country and its people are.
