I hitchhiked from Antigua to Guatemala City because I'd gotten word the country was going into martial law and that the main protests would be in the capital. It was soft martial law/departments, and you couldn't cross state/department borders without first dancing for the crowd. Very strange. It was quite an adventure that got me about ten rolls worth of photos.
